We started the New Year off in style with some fine dining at Perry's Steakhouse at La Cantera.


P.S. Notice that Sylvia is holding TWO cocktails! I don't even have one! (I couldn't control her that night!!!)


As we left the restaurant, we were treated to a wonderful fireworks display as Six-Flags was closing for the night! Then it was off to the Tower of the Americas for a midnight party celebration with snacks, dancing and complementary champagne before the firework show downtown!

Sylvia and I had dinner at La Fogata on Vance Jackson Road complements of Erica who gave me a gift card for Christmas!

Sylvia, Jeannette (her youngest daughter) and I had dinner at Dorrego's at Hotel Valencia in downtown San Antonio and then went to the Majestic Theater to see the Chicago Musical play! (April 15, 2023)

Sylvia and I went to the Tobin Center to watch the Fiesta River Boat Parade! We ended up eating at Olive Garden on the way back home. (April 24, 2023)

Sylvia and Gezelle in Portland, Oregon! Every year, Gezelle puts on a Mad Hatter Party and Sylvia was able to attend this year. (June 18, 2023)

Sylvia and I visited one of our favorite clubs in San Antonio, Luna, off of San Pedro Ave. to see Ms. Mack and her daddies.

Sylvia and I went to Sam's Burger Joint in San Antonio, downtown to see a Linda Ronstadt cover band -- Linda! Linda! This included parts with Mariachi musicians and dancers!

Sylvia, Steven and I went to see Oppenheimer at the movies and stopped by THE RUSTIC at the Rim for some drinks and appetizers after the movie!

Sylvia, Steven, a friend (of Steven's) and I went to see Exorcist: Believer at the movies and stopped by THE RUSTIC again for some drinks and appetizers after the movie!

Sylvia and Jeannette went to see Chicago (the Band) at the Majestic. Jeannette got tickets for her 53rd Birthday. They enjoyed some drinks and food at Acenar before the show!

Sylvia and I watched the Annular Eclipse from my back porch on October 14, 2023 with our special sun blocking glasses! The first picture was taken and sent to us by Lynnwood Herring!

Sylvia and George see Wicked at the Majestic! Pre-show there was elegant dining at THE PALM RESTAURANT!
