Thanksgiving, 11/28/2024!

Once again, we met at Cynthia's place for a great annual holiday. In the past, Mom and Diane use to host this family event, but lately, Cynthia has become the hostess with the mostess! I can honestly say that because she made me about a half dozen of the tastiest cocktails that day. Perhaps the favorite of the bunch was either the pumpkin-spice drink or the Key-Lime Pie drink! Both were delicious!

Michelle, Sophia, and even Clint made it down for a true family gathering! One thing I know for sure is that Sophia loves her some Cheetos! Pictured in the middle is the corn casserole that Michelle made from a recipe that Clint's Mom gave her! For some reason, this is the only food photo out of a ton of other food items that were present that day!

Jessica and Korey joined the family! I believe that Korey is smiling because, believe it or not, the Dallas Cowboys won that day! That makes 2 wins in a row for our home team!

Of note, Jessica (as usual) graced us with some excellent desserts! You can see the great dessert table we had that day! My single favorite was the Chocolate Flan Cake! Delicious!!

Ayanna was there with Jordan! She has the distinction of being the first one to fall asleep after eating a full Thanksgiving Day meal! The picture to the right is like a unicorn! You hardly ever see sienna look at the camera long enough to take a good picture, so we were delighted to catch this photo after multiple tries!

Unfortunately, Sylvia could not be there as she was having Thanksgiving with her own family across town! This picture of her is from a recent photo that I took of her at Pappadeaux's! She did share a photo of her Thanksgiving food plate with me, however!

I managed to get Erica with her two daughters! Sadly, Andrew couldn't be there since he was on call at the hospital! I took this picture of Lillybelle, Kevin and Stella who seemed to be inseparable that day. Most of the day, they were running around the yard playing despite the fact that it was cold and windy! I don't think they noticed. Here they seem more interested in the TV program that was on rather than posing for a picture! Kids, what are you going to do with them? They seemed to have a lot of fun that day, though!

Wax Museum Visit All things considered, it was a wonderful holiday gathering! Of course there were many other people there that did not get in the picture, including: Jonathan, Clarissa and Roman, Victoria, Jesse, jr, David, Michael, Julian, Destiny, Connie, and Julianna!

By about 8 pm, many in the group were headed out for the night with plans to get together at Dad's place for Christmas in a few weeks! As you can see, I'm already getting ready and have hung up the stockings!
