Stella's
3rd Birthday Party

November 2022

pizza Sugar Factory Well, Erica and Andrew decided to throw a pizza party for Stella's 3rd birthday at Peter Piper's Pizza on Bandera Road. The family were more than happy to come together for pizza, beer and games!

The picture to the right shows a very shy Stella trying her best to hide as everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to her.

But once the singing stopped, she was more than happy to blow out the candles and eat some cake!

Everyone gathered around for slices of two cakes that Erica brought that day: a colorful and tasty strawberry cake and a smaller pumpkin ginger bread cake with cream frosting! Being unable to decide which one I wanted, like so many others, I got a piece of both. Both were delicious but I have to admit that the strawberry layer cake was the best of the two.

And then came the present opening! The 3 studly gentlemen in the picture on the right, below, were just there for show.

Stella wasn't shy about the present opening, ripping into the presents like a maniac! She even got help from Kevin who seemed to enjoy it even more than Stella!

Sugar Factory Sugar Factory Of course there were rides and games! Stella rode several of the kiddie rides (even the ones that scared her just a few months ago), but unfortunately nobody took pictures of the birthday girl during this activity.

The pictures here show Lillybelle and Kevin getting their bumper cars skills on! Also not shown were the adults who did a basketball challange! Andrew won with 79 baskets over Cynthia's 60, Jame's 59 and Jordan's 54. I brought up the rear with a pitiful 5 baskets during my round! (Let that be our secret and not tell anyone about it!)

But everyone had fun, even though we all had to watch the Dallas Cowboys lose one in overtime during the party.

But once again, we had a fun family gathering as well as the plan to get together the following weekend for Julian's 60th birthday celebration! Stella was one happy little girl with all of her balloons and presents!
