Las Vegas trip, June 2015

Golf groupThe trip started out as a "golf" trip that George takes every year with his golf group. They meet in Las Vegas for a three-day golf tournament. The members of the handsome foursome in the picture include: John Zanca, Lynnwood Herring, Dick Davis and George Resendes. As usual, we played some spectacular courses and the golf portion of the trip was fantastic. We settled into our room at the Palazzo Hotel (part of the Venetian complex).

There was a short side trip to the wax museum where Jordan was briefly captured by the Incredible Hulk and jammed a little with Jimi Hendrix.

Of course, there was great food everywhere! One night we ate at Zeffirino's Italian Restaurant at the Venetian with John Zanca (see golf picture, above) . A really plush place. We were surprised when John picked up the tab for the entire meal (over $550, yikes!!!). heart attack grill Wax Museum Visit
Fremont Street downtown is always bustling with activity. A perpetual party. An interesting place to eat downtown on Fremont Street, was THE HEART ATTACK GRILL. The world's most unhealthy restaurant. It advertised that if you weighed more than 350 pounds, the meal was free. Erica and Jordan got on the scale together but even then, couldn't make the weight. They dressed us in hospital gowns and the waitresses were all dressed in sexy nurses uniforms. If you didn't finish your meal, they took you to the center of the room and spanked you with a paddle. Jordan unfortunately did not finish and had to be "punished". It was all fun, though.

Wax Museum VisitWe also attended the Cirque du Soleil show called "O", (see picture to right). It was a great show.
There was plenty of drinking and next-morning hangovers! O Wax Museum VisitWhat can you expect when you get three single girls, alcohol and Las Vegas all in the same place at the same time. (I'd tell you, but what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!)

And wouldn't you know it, we have another golf trip set up for the first weekend in June 2016. We get to do it all over again!!!
